Rixos Premium Seagate Hotel - Sharm el-Sheikh

Great activities for kids, but sometimes crowded pools made it hard to relax.

It was brand-new, reasonably large and with twin beds. The location in a very very nice area was best possible and there were a market and shops nearby.

Very good and delicious breakfast lots of meals.

Incredible location near to the bridge leading to the sea cliff and entertainments the whole package was more than great, including nearby shops and market. The pool area is great too. Hospitality from the whole staff.

Plenty of outstanding food. Reasonably spacious and fashionable room, extremely comfy bed and pillows...

Favourable location, extensive and plentiful breakfast with plenty of food. Fashionable premium room with balcony and all comfort, as example. A wonderful hotel, my first choice in Sharm el-Sheikh.

The beach loungers were made of plastic, got old and were not comfortable. But otherwise everything TOP

The location as well as the quality!!! Service is always available. You should not worry about the food at all, it's so varied. There are several restaurants. Great atmosphere and great entertainment every evening ;-)

Noise from the neighbouring hotel which is actually 4 hotels further, but still extremely loud until 5 o'clock in the morning.

Although there is a designated relax area - no kids under 16 years - the lifeguard would let the families with many children in the relax area! We have children ourselves but for 900 € for 3 nights I would like to use the Relax Area in peace!

The aqua park was massive and super fun, especially the lazy river. Plus, snorkeling was a game-changer. We swam with colorful fish! The nightly entertainment was off the charts, giving us great memories every evening.

Super nice staff. The hotel has a great beach and it's clean.

Price could have been better.

This place is good, and has great amenities like free wi-fi, a private beach, and an outdoor swimming pool. The staff even returned my forgotten jewelry during my first stay. Highly recommend for a wonderful experience!

My family enjoyed the massive aqua park with the lazy river and fun slides. Snorkeling in the clear waters was fine, with vibrant coral reefs everywhere. The live music during dinner created a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was attentive.

The junior suite was spacious and well-maintained. Each meal felt special, especially at the a la carte restaurants with exquisite dishes. The aqua park provided endless fun for my family, especially the lazy river, and the snorkeling experience was nice with vibrant coral reefs. The staff were polite and attentive, always checking in on us. I appreciated the kids' club-Sarah and Ali were amazing with my children. Getting reservations for a la carte dining was difficult. It required advanced planning, and we missed out on dining in some restaurants due to this. While most areas were clean, I noticed some sharp edges around the pool that could be dangerous, especially for kids. Some newer staff members seemed a bit unsure at times, indicating a need for better training. These minor issues aside, the luxury and service.

The hotel's lush gardens and beautiful pathways made strolling pleasurable, even for us seniors. Every corner sparkled with flowers, great for good walks at our own pace.

More shaded seating areas by the pool would help.

We enjoyed the amazing coral reef and the swimming pool area. The staff was super helpful. We also loved the R Club for teens, where they had special video channels for parents to keep an eye on things.

One downside was that we couldn't easily book spots at some of the restaurants. It required 48 hours' notice, tough for our group to make last-minute plans.
